Willing Achievers

As a trainer, coach and therapist I have worked with many people, with many problems. However there is one common theme, the problems are all behaviour based. By looking into the situation, I unravel the problem and explain to the client how they created it. I then teach them what they need to do different in the future.

The most common comment that I get is:

 

'I wish someone had taught this to me earlier!

I wish someone had taught me this at school!'

"Why not" I thought?, what a good question!

  • Why don't we teach our children to understand behaviour and
    emotions and help them be more in control of themselves?

  • Why not teach our children about their own minds?

  • Why not teach them to plan and take ownership of their own success?

So, this is how this programme started!!!

The reason this programme is successful is because children are open to new ideas. They have not yet had the chance to developed the baggage and limiting beliefs that adults have.

By giving children a brief understanding about emotions, how to use rather than react to them and how behaviour is created so can therefore be uncreated, we are giving them the tools to be in control of their own life. This in turn facilitates emotional growth and stability, thus building children's self esteem and confidence.

The benefits include:

  • Enabling children to understand their emotions, so they can take control of them.
  • Teaching children how to take responsibility of their actions and their outcomes.
  • Having children that are more driven and have a better awareness of themselves.
  • Giving children a better understanding of themselves thus allowing them to make better career choices.
  • Giving children the tools to problem solve.
  • Helping children to see the 'bigger picture' thereby enabling them to be more realistic about life situations.
Willing Achievers

The reason that this programme differs from other behavioural and empowerment programmes, is because rather than giving the tools to the parents and/or teachers, we teach the children. When the children understand the process of thought which creates behaviour they are empowered to make their own lasting changes.

As such the complimentary courses we offer the teachers and parents are designed to allow a full understanding of what is being taught to the children so that they can continue to help the children help themselves.

Each programme is tailored to the children's academic levels, and will expand in content as the children grow and develop
